Balance Your Soul offers private meditation & mindfulness classes.

Training the mind should be as ‘normal’ as training the body. 

A lot of people would like to start with meditation sessions to clear or calm the mind. But how do you start? How do you get the most results? What are the exact benefits from meditation?

To get started with meditation we offer some guided meditations.  We can include different techniques in our sessions;  such as vipassana meditation, body scan, dynamic meditation, walk meditation, osho dynamic meditation, kids meditation, mindful movements, Qi Gong, etc.

Meditation sessions can be completed with a mindfulness part: What is here and now? How can we live in the present moment and less in the past or future? How do we deal with anxiety and stress in our lives? 

Did you know that with help of meditation and mindfulness you can loose weight and stop smoking more easy?
