Come to Alicante, Spain for holistic days

3 days (2 nights) EUR 395,- (per person, maximum capacity 4 persons)

Including:

-stay, food & drinks

-mindfulness, yoga, meditation (also special walks/meditation at the beach)

-traditional Chinese medicine such as Tuina, acupuncture, Indian head massage, foot reflex (therapy of your choice)

-coaching

-transport from and to the airport

Excluding:

-flight

-travel insurance

Notes:

  • In case you would like to come on specific (not above mentioned) dates, special requests can be made by e-mail;
  • The rooms are shared (2 persons per room- double bed). In case of a single occupancy there will be an additional (total) charge of 95 EUR, in case of a 1- on 1-/ individual retreat the extra (total) charge is 129 EUR;
  • There is a possibility to stay an additional day (or more days) for self reflection (with or without a program);
  • In case you are a group of more than 4 persons, please ask for options or a quotation;
  • Please note that there are two cats and one dog residing at the location in Spain.

Wachtkamertypes

Als je veelvuldig meditatie beoefend, vindt je wachten misschien nu veel makkelijker dan voorheen. Maar toch… het is vaak niet onze favoriete bezigheid. Al helemaal niet in de setting van een wachtkamer bij een dokter of tandarts. Het is geschreven om het wachten wat aangenamer te maken.

Dit boekje beschrijft de wonderlijke wereld van de wachtkamer en haar bijzondere tijdelijke bewoners en passanten. Lees de korte verhalen en beken en ontken welk type jij zelf bent. Met welke types omring jij je weleens in de wachtkamer?

Uiteraard zijn de stereotypes met een grote knipoog beschreven, de verhalen en bijbehorende gedichten van De Perkamentdichter spreken tot de verbeelding.

Balance Your Soul @the Hive Holistic Hub 2025

Since 2025: Every last Thursday of the month, you can join our mindful movement and meditation classes at The Hive Holistic Hub in Spain. Balance Your Soul will also be hosting some Traditional Chinese Medicine workshops on some of the Saturdays.

Where: The Hive Holistic Hub (behind Mercadona), CC Bahia de las Dunas, Calle Mar Mediterráneo 8, Local 70, 03177, San Fulgencio (Alicante- Spain)

When: every last Thursday of the month from 18:00-19:00, mindful movement and meditation. For the dates of the workshop, please send us a private message, as this can vary per month.

Mindfulness & Meditation classes

Balance Your Soul offers private meditation & mindfulness classes.

Training the mind should be as ‘normal’ as training the body. 

A lot of people would like to start with meditation sessions to clear or calm the mind. But how do you start? How do you get the most results? What are the exact benefits from meditation?

To get started with meditation we offer some guided meditations.  We can include different techniques in our sessions;  such as vipassana meditation, body scan, dynamic meditation, walk meditation, osho dynamic meditation, kids meditation, mindful movements, Qi Gong, etc.

Meditation sessions can be completed with a mindfulness part: What is here and now? How can we live in the present moment and less in the past or future? How do we deal with anxiety and stress in our lives? 

Did you know that with help of meditation and mindfulness you can loose weight and stop smoking more easy?

40’s dip

Wow…. you’re in your 40’s dip?

This can feel as a rollercoaster of emotions..

Almost everyone has a breaking point in his or her life.

Usually this breaking point in life poses an important question:
Is this it?
What do I really want?
Why do I feel out of balance?
Do I want to continue in my relationship or work?
Should something change in my relationship and / or work?

Maybe you go through a very deep valley to be able to grow to the very best version of YOU.

Do not think too negative about these feelings. Celebrate this breaking point in your life because this means you will learn and grow!

Are you going to embrace this breakpoint or are you going to ignore it?

Stress reduction

Did you know that many physical complaints are symptoms of stress?

Most often heard in my practice: headaches, low energy, insomnia, back and shoulder pains.

Stress is everywhere and can have a negative effect on the body and mind.

Every person is unique and has different stress symptoms, most important is to recognize these symptoms and the willingness to change it for the better!

An effective method is to use deep-breathing exercises to reduce stress. Try this simple exercise and practice often:

  • Sit in a straight-back chair with both feet on the floor.
  • Rest hands on the abdomen.
  • Slowly count to four while inhaling through the nose and feel the abdomen rise.
  • Hold that breath for two seconds.
  • Then, slowly count to six while exhaling through the mouth—let the abdomen slowly fall.
  • Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times.
